During my recent stay at the Espace Thermal in Dax, I found both the location and amenities to be commendable. The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the city center, with striking views of the lake from my spacious balcony. The air conditioning and well-equipped kitchenette, including a microwave and stovetop, added a layer of comfort to my experience. It was the culinary offerings that truly stood out. Dining at the on-site Restaurant de l'Espace Thermal provided a delightful journey through French gastronomy. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, and the menu showcased innovative dishes that celebrated local ingredients, creating memorable flavor combinations. While breakfast did lean towards the synthetic side, options for lunch and dinner were much more satisfying. I particularly enjoyed exploring the inventive twists in their cuisine.
